Fifteen, 15 nivartanas in the village of Puvаnadа, the meritorious gift of Palapa. With the company of the Apajиtas (rests) the investment of the Kаrшаpanas.  (ASWI)

Possibly the gaнa of the Apajиtas mentioned here is the same as the Siddhagaнa of the Aparаjitas who are the trustees in No. 23; if so, gaнa may be taken in the sense of school, by the kаrшаpanas, the income from the field must be meant. (ASWI)
