No. 21.
J.Ph. Vogel - EI, XX, 1;

H. Inscription on a stone pillar or stele found at Koттampalugu to the north of Nаgаrjunikoндa. It consists of fourteen lines of writing, measuring about 12 inches in length. The inscription is fairly well preserved, but here and there some aksharas have become indistinct. The execution is fair, but less ornamented than in the earlier inscriptions. The size of the aksharas is from 3/8 to 1/2 inch; they miss the long-drawn strokes of the earlier inscriptions and the lines are placed close together. The inscription records the foundation of a vihаra by Mahаdеvи Koda[ba]lisiri, who was the daughter of King Siri-Virapurisadata, sister of King Ehuvuлa-Chа[м]tamуla, and wife of the Mahаrаja of Vanavаsa. It is dated in the 11th year of King Ehuvuлa-Chа[м]tamуla.

Detached Pillar inscription H.

L. 9. Read Agihot-Agiтhoma-Vаjapeya.
L. 12. The third syllable sa in Mahi[sа]sakаnaм is still traceable.
L. 14. The third akshara (in Dhaмma[gho]sa-) has become very faint. At first I felt inclined to read Dhaмmayasa, but the long horizontal base-stroke which is still clear rather suggests the letter gha.
