This is an inscription in three lines like Nos. I-II. The preservation of the writing is not quite satisfactory. The leader of the forces mentioned in this record is called Karadaru-kumаra, 'Prince Karadaru', who was a Senаpati hailing from Magalaraнa. It is, however, difficult to determine whether he was an Ikшvаku prince stationed at Magalaraнa.
