The stone lies by the side of the temple of Kumbheщvara near the confluence of the river Sunkosi, where it is joined by the stream Rosi in the village of Dumja. The inscription belongs to the regime of Amщuvarmа but is considerably damaged. (R).
Щrи-Kalahаbhimаnи nрpaх (Aмщuvarmman) (Badly damaged) Records a grant (?) during the rule of Aмщuvarmman.
