No. 92. Gokarнa

Gokarna known after the Щivaliкga Gokarneщvara is a village about 3 miles to the north east of Kathmandu. The stone lies inside a small temple adjacent to the Temple of Gokarneщvara, a little further northwest. The inscription is much damaged but letters here and there can be read. No dates are visible. But the characters belong to post-Amщuvarmа period. (R).
